Broken links can be rebuilt and soldered.

Clasps can sometimes be repaired however normally its best to replace them.

End links can be rebuilt or replaced.

Broken links normally need a small solder to rejoin them.

Ring sizing up and down as a guid we only suggest 3 sizes either way, there are some exceptions to this rule.

Stone supply and replace, we will supply a stone that matches the rest of the ring so you wouldn't know it wasn't the original one.

Claw refurbishment, sometime your claws can be snapped or bent these need to be rebuilt in order to keep the integrity and protect the stone.

Full ring restoration, sometimes they have had so much wear that it is just time to have a full over hall. It will come back looking brand new.

Stretching, if it's only a tiny bit tight sometimes they are able to be stretched.

Straightening the band, has it moulded it's self to your finger? We can re shape it.

Alterations, is there something that you would just like to change but still want to keep the sentiment of your ring? lets alter the design to give you a new look.

All items that come in for our clean and polish service will leave looking brand new.

Our clean and polish service is individual to each item, here is what we offer;

Yellow gold items are deep cleaned in ultra sonic, degreased in this process to, then polished to get out any light scratched which makes your ring look dull.

White gold items follow the same process as yellow gold, however we finish with re-rhodium plating as sometimes this wears, so to be sure to get the best look we refinish the item.

We offer a comprehensive battery service, all batteries supplied and fitted by us come with one years warranty.

For watches that have a water resistance/proof rating, they are all pressure tested after that battery have been changed.

Warrenty covers for time keeping.

We service and repair ALL watch brands, from your vintage unbranded ladies watch to the high end Patek, Rolex, Omega etc.

Our mechanical watch repairs work a little different to everywhere else!

Not all watches need a full service some need just a part changed, while others need just and service and lastly some are suggested to have a full service while the parts that are needed are changed.

Each watch is its own, we don't have a set price list for the reasons above we will give advice on the day and most of the time are able to give an estimate of how much the work will cost, other times we are able to give what the maxium cost of repair could be, before we investigate further.

Our Cleaning a polishing service is again bespoke to each individual watch!

Whether your watch has some light scratches from rubbing on a table because you wear it to the office or only on special occasions or your "Bob the Builder" and wear it all day every day.

We offer a basic cleaning service, this is suggested for light wear and no scratches. the bracelet will be taken off and cleaned while the head of the watch is left.

Then there is the clean and polish, this can either be just for the bracelet or both head and bracelet.

Then lastly fully restoring it back from the grave, this may include laser welding.

While your items are left with us, everything is fully insured. Everything is kept as secure as our own stock, whilst being kept separate to not confuse things.

All items and locked away at night.

Once a quote is given, if you then give us the go head work will commence immediately. With this being said, if you do decided after you leave your item with us that you no longer whish for work to carry out, please let us know at your earliest convenience, we ask that if after working hours you could just drop us a message. Unfortunately if you tell us that you are happy with the quote, you will no longer be able to change your mind, as parts are ordered immediately to turn things around as soon as possible.
